We want your shopping experience to feel simple, clear, and reliable—especially regarding shipping. This guide explains our full shipping process in organized A–B–C sections so you always know how your order moves from checkout to delivery and what timeframes to expect.
A. Order Processing
All orders go through a standard 2–5 business day processing period. During this time, we review order details, verify payment information, and ensure each item meets our quality standards before shipment. Processing includes product inspection, preparation, protective packaging, shipping label creation, and a final accuracy check.
Our business week runs Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next working day.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST automatically move to the next day’s processing batch.
Orders submitted on Sundays or major holidays begin processing on the following business day.
B. Additional Processing Time for Special Orders
Customized or personalized items require an additional 1–3 business days to finalize design accuracy and complete production.
Bulk or wholesale orders over 50 units may require 7–10 business days, depending on stock and workload.
Same-day processing is only available for non-custom items placed before 7:00 PM EST.
C. Shipping Carriers
After processing, orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination and the most reliable route.
D. Shipping Fee
All domestic shipments include a flat-rate fee of $6.99 USD.
This ensures consistent packaging quality, careful handling, and stable delivery speeds without hidden costs.
E. Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days after shipment.
Delivery time varies by location, carrier workload, and seasonal volume.
Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Weather conditions, carrier delays, or holiday surges may affect delivery speeds.
For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing purchases 2–3 weeks in advance.
F. Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa)
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
These limitations are due to carrier and logistical constraints.
G. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.
Tracking usually activates within 24–48 hours after the carrier scans the package.
During peak seasons, tracking updates may take longer to appear.
We recommend checking your tracking link regularly.
H. Holiday & Peak Season Notes
High-volume shopping periods and national holidays may cause longer processing and delivery times.
Severe weather can also delay shipments in certain regions.
Ordering early during holiday seasons ensures the best chance of on-time delivery.
