A. Order Processing
All orders go through a standard 2–5 business day processing period. During this time, we review order details, verify payment, inspect items, and prepare secure packaging before shipment. Processing includes quality checks, protective packing, shipping label creation, and final order verification.
Our business week runs Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next working day.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST move to the next day’s processing batch.
Orders submitted on Sundays or major holidays begin processing on the following business day.
Customers receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
B. Additional Handling Time
Some limited collections or high-demand items may require an additional 1–3 business days for careful handling and preparation before shipment.
Bulk orders over 50 units may require 7–10 business days, depending on stock availability and workload.
Same-day processing is available only for eligible in-stock items placed before 7:00 PM EST.
Same-day processing does not apply to limited collections or high-demand items.
C. Shipping Carriers
After processing, orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination and the most reliable delivery route.
D. Shipping Fee
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD for orders within the contiguous United States.
This ensures consistent packaging quality, careful handling, and reliable delivery without hidden costs.
E. Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days after shipment.
This timeframe reflects carrier transit time after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery time may vary by location, carrier workload, and seasonal volume.
Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Weather conditions, carrier delays, or holiday surges may affect delivery schedules.
For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing purchases 2–3 weeks in advance.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as final delivery is controlled by the carrier.
F. Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa)
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
These limitations are due to carrier and logistical constraints.
G. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours after the carrier scans the package.
During peak seasons, tracking updates may take longer to appear.
We recommend checking your tracking link regularly for the latest status.
H. Holiday & Peak Season Notes
High-volume shopping periods and national holidays may cause longer processing and delivery times.
Severe weather conditions may also delay shipments in certain regions.
Ordering early during holiday seasons helps ensure timely delivery.
