Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will review the claim and respond promptly, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification including:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
• Identification of the content that was removed and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in Michigan, United States
• Your physical or electronic signature

If a valid Counter-Notification is received, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files legal action within 10–14 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Napns reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any user or account that is found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
