A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from non-shipping damage.
Products must include original tags and original packaging.
A proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
B. Return Shipping Responsibility
We do not include printed return labels in the package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where items are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us.

Reason for return
If your item is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos or a short video.
Returned items are inspected within 24 hours of receipt.
Once approved, refunds are issued within 14 days. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
D. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Approved exchanges include free return shipping.
F. Refunds
After inspection, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 days.

G. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund.
After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
